We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to work with one of the world's foremost names in Communications and Collaboration based technology. The successful candidate will be working across numerous products within predefined accounts / vertical markets. Some of the Accountabilities are as follows..
To achieve annual quotas for all products, particularly focused on , Unified Communications & Collaboration, Unified IP & Performance Edge, from assigned listed named accounts, vertical/geographical markets and nominated target organisations.
Undertake and be accountable for necessary lead generation activities to drive penetration of target organisations. Draw on resources from business development, marketing and partners as needed to achieve this goal.
Accurately assess and qualify opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource is expended effectively.
Be accountable for the development and execution of the sales strategy. Drive the sales process through each stage of the sales cycle including Qualification, Develop, Solution and Prove through to Close.
Undertake astute management of pre-sales resources to develop compelling business cases to justify investment in Aspect solutions.
Engage and work confidently with Senior Business management and 'C' level executives, to progress sales opportunities.
To produce accurate monthly forecasts of pending business to enable sales management to consolidate accurate.

To act as professional ambassador for Aspect, communicating company ethos to prospects and customers.
To attend seminars, exhibitions and trade shows as required.
To ensure the processing of effective business in accordance with the company's Compensation Plan
To develop internal relationships to ensure that effective internal communication is achieved and maintained.
To perform virtually any other task deemed relevant by Aspect senior management in pursuance of the above.
We are seeking circa 7 years exerience of selling high value Consultative IT business solutions into enterprise organisations.
